Candidate Profile Requirement:

  • Minimum 7+ years of proven experience in customer retention
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting sales targets through customer retention
  • Hands-on experience in Marketing automation programs, tele calling etc
  • Experience in fields of Churn / Growth / Loyalty programs
  • Experience leading the definition and implementation of a significantly complex roadmap for recurring sales
  • Experience in marketing communication
  • Experience in Data analysis based on different logics
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to balance a wide variety of projects and campaigns with varying deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Close attention to detail
  • Excellent level in English, written and spoken
  • Knowledge of best practice in automation, lead processing and database management

Brief Roles & Responsibility:

  • Strategize customer retention plans and execute
  • Implement the activities to understand reasons for churn
  • Ideate, build & execute consumer lifecycle programs to drive retention, reactivation, engagement and on boarding with a focus on Conversions and repeat purchases
  • Analyzing of retention programs, making continuous improvements based on performance, trends, and insights via tests and iterative optimization
  • Work closely with the sales team to build processes for customer on boarding process in the channel mix to maximize retention
  • Delivering the right pitch to the customers
  • Work on new marketing strategies
  • Set-up, maintain and track Marketing calendar
