Job Title: Test Automation Engineer – Trainee

Notice Period: Immediate Joiners are preferred

Primary Responsibilities (Job Description):

• Attend comprehensive Process Lab training and diligently carry out day-to-day tasks
• Consistently follow documented policies, procedures and guidelines as defined by your line manager
•  Contribute to the documentation of processes and systems for future reference
• Read and understand 3rd party test methodologies at a granular level so as to be able to replicate the tests within the lab with appropriate tools

Skills & Experience:

Required:

• Ability to communicate in the English language
• Comfort with the Windows operating system using both the command line (DOS and Batch commands) and GUI
• Working knowledge of networking protocols such as HTTP(S) and FTP, and the use of the associated common command line and GUI tools, including wget, FTP clients and browsers
• Basic knowledge of databases and SQL
• Basic knowledge of malware and computer security products
• Basic knowledge of virtualization environments

Desired:

• Comfort with Unix/Linux operating systems and standard shell commands
• Knowledge of various network protocols
